A Busy Week for Miura Canada in Georgia
February 2023 –
Recently, The Miura Canada Team had the chance to visit the Miura America head office in Rockmart, Georgia just outside Atlanta. Miura Canada’s General Managers, Jonathan Murphy and Nate Katagiri were joined by Department Managers, Assistant Managers, and the sales and marketing teams who met with their American counterparts in Rockmart for a few days.
The Canadian team took time to tour the American manufacturing plant and see what the Engineering teams have in R&D and they kept their eyes peeled for any manufacturing processes that might make their way to the Canadian plant in Brantford, Ontario. The Canadian cadre made use of the Miura America facility to meet together and hold their annual wrap-up and planning meeting, outlining company goals and reviewing last year’s progress and success. The team also had the opportunity to sit down for a day of training sessions with Miura America experts, focusing on new technology that may be headed for the market in the coming years.
Miura Canada Attends AHR 2023
While in Atlanta, the Miura Canada team joined the extended Miura America sales team in the booth at the 2023 AHR Expo. Long established to be the premiere gathering for our industry, it was great for Miura to have AHR on home turf in Atlanta, so close to the Miura America head offices. In addition to fielding questions in the booth, attending the AHR Expo allowed the Canadian team to meet with Miura leadership, regional sales reps as well as longstanding customers and colleagues in the boiler industry. The show was a resounding sucess all around and the team had a great time at #AHR2023. Thanks to the AHR team and see you in Chicago in 2024!
