Duties

• Finding sales opportunities by direct end user contact cold calls and certain industry contact relationships.
• Computer time, Quoting jobs, ordering boilers to the factory, misc paperwork. Phone calls and emails for customer inquiries.
• Creating opportunities by having our products included in engineering designs by meeting with engineers.
• Investigating current competition and changes within the industries that use boilers to stay on top of opportunities
• Time inside boiler rooms taking measurements, water samples, pictures etc. To determine the requirements for sizing steam boilers and equipment.
• Organized presentations and seminars for potential customers.
• Calculations to determine ROI and efficiency on the project to ultimately prove or disprove the feasibility.
• Working with contractors to ensure smooth installations.
• Participating in networking events, trade shows and exhibitions to generate new leads for strategic alliances and potential customers.
• Ensure adherence to all COMPANY policies and practices including; Health and Safety, HR and any additional that are applicable in your role.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required. Reports to office in Mississauga.

Requirements

• 3+ year of experience as a sales consultant in boiler steam industry
• BS degree in Marketing or related field
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
