Cowbell Brewing is a destination craft brewery in Southeastern Ontario, who are committed to maximizing sustainable practices and minimizing their environmental impact. Cowbell’s brewing practices, energy and water consumption, even their choice of packaging materials are sustainable. With such a clear commitment to delicious beer and sustainability it is no surprise they cam to Miura for their boiler needs. 

A steam boiler is a crucial part of the brewing and distillation process. You need hot water for wort boiling or mashing, and steam for sanitization, sterilization, and pasteurization. Miura’s systems are 
designed for faster start-up, our floating header design means Miura boilers can produce full steam in 5-minutes or less from a cold start-up.
