Last month, I visited Central City Brewing in Surrey, BC with our partners from Prime Boiler BC. Central City Brewing is known for its award-winning craft beers and vibrant atmosphere. Jordan, the Supervisor from Central City Brewing, was kind enough to give us a tour of the facility. The tour began with a comprehensive look at the brewing facility. The knowledgeable staff guided me through the stages of the brewing process.

A highlight of the tour was seeing the state-of-the-art brewing equipment in action, their new facility boasts some of the best equipment in BC Craft beer including their efficient LX Series boilers provided and serviced by Prime Boiler Services.  Having the best equipment helps them deliver better, more consistent quality brew every day.

Dining at Central City Brewing

Next, I enjoyed some delicious food at the venue. The menu featured various options, from classic pub fare to their marvelous mains, all designed to pair perfectly with their beers. I chose the beer-battered fish & chips, which were incredibly flavorful and crispy. The portion sizes were generous.

The dining area’s large windows overlooked the brewing floor, adding to the experience. The friendly and attentive service made my visit even more enjoyable.

A Remarkable Experience

Visiting Central City Brewing was a great experience. Our main objective was to see our LX boilers in action, which were supplied and serviced by Prime Boiler Services, and to see if they needed additional support for their system. The facility tour, exceptional craft beers, and delicious food were wonderful bonuses that made the day remarkable. During the interview, Central City Brewing mentioned that they loved how convenient it is to use Miura boilers and appreciate not having to worry about the boiler’s performance and reliability.
