No. Though a Miura WT system is a requirement for enrollment in the MMP+ program. Miura offers alternative maintenance packages such as MIC and MMP that do not require Miura Water Treatment.
The MMP+ program is designed to provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for Miura boilers and water treatment systems. Whereas, the MIC and MMP programs provide maintenance and support services only for Miura boiler systems.
No. Though MMP+ plans are only applicable to new Miura PVs and boilers, existing Miura boiler units can be enrolled in MIC and MMP plans. It is best if our service team assess your system in person to be able to give you a full scope of options available for your system.

The MMP program is ideal for systems not yet using Miura Water Treatment services. This program covers preventative and emergency maintenance calls, preventative water testing, it includes Miura Online Monitoring (MOM), all annual inspections and assigns a dedicated Service Technician to the account who will know your boiler system inside and out. Whereas MMP+ is Miura’s most complete protection plan. MMP+ customers have the benefits of both our top of the line Boiler maintenance and complete Water Treatment solutions which protects their boiler system even more.
