We’re excited to welcome Taka Yui, a special trainee from Japan! Taka has been a key member of our Japan Sales team for seven years. He’s been with us in Canada for two months, visiting different client sites to learn how our boilers are performing and taking that knowledge back to Japan. With just a week left in his stay, we’re reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve shared.
Taka has been helping customers in Japan find the right boiler solutions for years. Now, he’s been eager to see how things work here in Canada. By visiting our clients and seeing our boilers in action, he’s gained a better understanding of how they perform in different conditions. This experience has provided him with new insights that he’s excited to share with his team in Japan.
Over the last two months, Taka has traveled across Ontario, visiting a variety of sites—from big cities to more remote locations. He’s spoken with our clients, gathered important information, and learned about the challenges they face. Taka also made time to enjoy some of Canada’s iconic tourist spots, like Niagara Falls, and even joined our team for a summer picnic at the beautiful Emerald Lake. His goal has been to bring back useful insights that will help improve our products and services in Japan and support our team in Canada.
One of the best parts of this experience has been the exchange of ideas. Not only has Taka learned from us, but he’s also shared his knowledge with our team here in Canada. This back-and-forth has helped both teams grow and find better ways to serve our clients.
When Taka returns to Japan next week, he’ll share everything he’s learned with his colleagues. His insights will help us continue to enhance our boilers for customers around the world.
This experience shows how important it is for us to learn from each other, no matter where we are. By working together and sharing what we know, we can keep improving and finding new ways to help our clients.
We’re excited to see how Taka’s discoveries will shape the future of Miura Canada.
